Please be advised that the total column in "Transactions from Accounting System" is showing inaccurate data.
Stipend payments from July 2009 onwards are displayed in both the ˜Transaction from Accounting System" and ˜Transactions from Payroll System". This consequently gives inaccurate figures in the ˜Total Expenditure" column.
Please be aware that the total of stipend expenditure displayed in FSG reports and Inquiry screens are CORRECT

Please be advised that “Summary Salary ALL Actuals & Commitments”, available through UOM Disco Repts Fac, is currently showing inaccurate data in the Commitments column. The total of pay period 6 and period 7 is displayed as the current YTD commitment. Please be aware the commitment figures displayed in FSG reports, Inquiry screens and Salary Analysis (By Employee and Account) are CORRECT
