The EA (Themis) Service Desk sends out regular bulletins to Themis users with updates about the status of Themis, system issues or items of interest as well as upcoming training and other events for users.

TUG meeting
In addition, the Themis Users Group holds periodic meetings throughout the year. These meetings are intended as a three-way forum where users get to voice their opinion, share valuable knowledge and are kept informed of current topics and latest developments.
