Themis Service Desk
If you have a really difficult issue that cannot be resolved with the help material in the user manuals and reference documents, the Themis Service Desk provides the facility for you to register your problem via the web. Your query will then be addressed by Service Desk staff who will also consult with business area experts on your behalf if necessary.
Updating your Password
How to create or reset your Themis password. Themis passwords need to be reset every six months.
