Scheduled maintenance for Themis
Themis, like all other systems, needs regular maintenance to ensure that a reliable service is provided to you. During maintenance periods problems are fixed, changes implemented, and 'house-keeping' activities of databases and application take place; all in order to improve the performance and robustness of Themis.
Unfortunately, at times Themis may be unavailable due to maintenance being undertaken. To minimise such interruptions and to assist users plan ahead, there are scheduled maintenance windows. These pre-defined windows will better assist users to manage their usage of Themis and avoid times when the system may be unavailable.
Please be aware that whereas the weekly maintenance windows will always take place, the monthly window is typically required every 3-4 months. If the monthly window will be utilized, all users will be notified 4-5 days in advance.
The scheduled maintenance windows are:
- Every Thursday 6:00pm to 8:00pm
- Every 3rd Saturday of the month 5:00pm to Sunday 8:00am
