Themis Timekeeper

Themis Service Desk conducts training sessions once a month for Timekeeper. This training session teaches staff how to Create Timekeeper Groups and how to enter and submit Casual pays, overtime, additional hours and staff allowances. It is also possible for staff to directly input this information using Themis Self Service and for the Timekeeper to monitor this.

Timekeeper Training is held for one morning every month from 9:30am to 1:00pm at Level 1, 780 Elizabeth St. Dates for 2008 are as follows:

Themis Training Administration (TTA)

Themis Training Administration (TTA) is a module of Themis HR which will enable University training providers to administer training activities with greater ease and efficiency. Features include automated trainee email reminders, University-wide reporting, and online supervisor approval. TTA also integrates with Themis Financials to facilitate cross-charging for courses.

The Themis Service Desk co-ordinates training in TTA

NOTE: TTA training is available to users by appointment with the Themis Service Desk.
